One on One Mentoring with is a valuable tool in receiving guidance from an experienced Buddhist meditation teacher. It’s a chance to learn and deepen your meditation practice from the ground up, to bring the practice of mindfulness more fully into daily life and sustain inspiration for an ongoing spiritual practice. This is also an opportunity to apply skillful tools for dealing with habitual patterns and thoughts, fears, anxiety, grief, etc., while learning to develop and deepen self compassion and lovingkindness. Lisa works with students of all ranges of experience from beginning to experienced mediators. Beginning and newer meditators are asked to commit to a three session package to get the most out the training. Lisa is not accepting new students through the end of 2018, but will have some openings early in 2019. If interested, please inquire to ernst.lisa@gmail.com.
If you live outside of the Middle Tennessee area, phone consultations are available. All sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis, please inquire for general rates. Please note that a cancellation fee is charged for appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours of the meeting time.

This sounds like an awesome opportunity. Can you please tell me how often we would meet and general rates. Thank you
